TVET PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS AND SCHEDULES


NOTICE :
  • All TVET Pitching participants are requested to take note of and comply with the following instructions:

  • 1. Participant Registration

  • Participants are required to register according to the following details:

  • Date: 12 August 2026

  • Time: 8.00 am–8.30 am

  • Venue: Student Mall, POLIMAS

  • 2. Presentation Duration

  • Each group will be allocated 8 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for the question-and-answer session.

  • 3. Presentation Schedule

  • Participants must refer to the presentation schedule and present according to their assigned order and time slot.

  • 4. Presentation Equipment

  • Participants are required to bring a thumb drive or external hard disk containing the presentation slides. The use of personal laptops is not permitted to ensure that the presentation sessions run smoothly.

  • 5. Submission of Presentation Slides

  • A group representative must submit the presentation slides to the event secretariat on duty at the assigned presentation venue from 8.15 am onwards.

  • 6. Certificate Collection

  • Participants may collect their certificates from Lecture Room 10 starting from 4.00 pm, 12 August 2026. The collection time and venue are subject to change.

    • Your attention and cooperation are greatly appreciated in ensuring the smooth running of the programme.
