1. This competition is open to all researchers to participate as participants.


2. The maximum number of participants per group is SEVEN (7) PEOPLE.


3. Each invention/innovation must be new/ original. Designs/innovations contested and won any previous awards must be modified.


4. Participants can only register for ONE (1) CLASS of competition for one design/innovation.

PARTICIPATION FEE :

* The fee is non-refundable if the participant withdraws from the competition. *

5. Each participant will be awarded ONE (1) Certificate of Participation and ONE (1) Medal Certificate, along with the Medal (if applicable).


• Additional certificates will incur a fee : Local Participants :
  RM15 per Certificate and RM45 per Medal.


6. The postage charge of certificates and medals will be based on the Project Registration ID. The postage charge is :


• Peninsular :
  RM10 (Ten Malaysian Ringgit)
• Sabah & Sarawak :
  RM14 (Fourteen Malaysian Ringgit)


7. Please verify the registration details before the closing date. No changes will be permitted after the stated date.


8. The decisions of the panel are final. No complaints will be entertained.
