RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. This competition is open to all researchers to participate as participants.
  2. The maximum number of participants per group is SEVEN (7) PEOPLE.
  3. Each invention/innovation must be new/ original. Designs/innovations contested and won any previous awards must be modified.
  4. Participants may submit the invention/innovation in the form of pro-series or commercial samples, produced articles, prototypes, models, plans, drawings, photos, and text.
  5. Participants can only register for ONE (1) CLASS of competition for one design/innovation.
  6. The participation fee is as follows:

  1. Participants are NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES to the names of group members, titles, and competition classes after the titles have been APPROVED.
  2. The name written on the certificate is based on the spelling and sequence during registration in the system.
  3. Participants who pay the participation fee using LO or Check must upload proof of payment in the system to be verified by the treasurer.
  4. ONE (1) Certificate of Participation and ONE (1) Medal Certificate and a Medal (if applicable) will be allocated for each entry. The cost of an additional certificate is as below:

          Local Participants:

          RM15/Sheet and RM40/Medal.

          International Participants:

          USD5/Sheet and USD15/Medal.

  1. The Posting of Certificates and Medals is based on the Project Registration ID.
  2. Postage charge is RM10 (Ten Malaysian Ringgit) / USD3.
  3. The panel’s decision is final and not subject to review or appeal.
  4. The closing date for registration is 22th May 2023 before 5 pm (Malaysian time).
