1. This participation is open to all institutions in the Sharing of Ideas towards TVET Development.

2. INDIVIDUAL or GROUP participation. The maximum number of TVET Innovation Idea participants is FIVE (5) people per entry.

3. The name written in the certificate is based on the spelling and sequence during online registration.

4. The closing date for registration is 22 May 2023 before 5.00 pm.

5. For the purposes of the evaluation process, only entries with complete documentation will be permitted to be uploaded in the system.

6. The participation fee is as follows :-

7. Researchers are NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE ANY CHANGES to the names of group members, titles and competition categories after the titles have been approved.

8. The panel’s decision is final. Any complaints will not be entertained.

9. Each participation will receive ONE (1) Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Medal based on the score obtained. Additional certificate will cost RM15/piece (local) and USD5/piece (international).

10. The Posting of Certificate will be based on the Idea Registration ID. The postage charge is RM10 (Ten Malaysian Ringgit Only) / USD3.

The iCompEx evaluation aspects are as below:

1. A1 size poster (free format and the content is the same as the sharing slides)
2. "TVET Innovation Idea" Sharing Slides (maximum of 5 slides)
3. Sharing the latest innovative ideas towards the development of TVET. Please refer to the guidelines below.
